We should drink at least 10 glasses per day as doctors recommend. We can boost up our immune system and energy levels by drinking good water and it reduces the back pain. It can banish fatigue in minutes and can maintain body temperature.

According to the World Health Organization, to build up and improve the immune system one should eat at least five portions of greens and fresh fruits a day. To abolish iron deficiency, eat iron-rich items like eggs, meat, leafy greens and nuts, and seeds. Eat plenty of foods and veggies will help us to nurture our digestive system which will protect our body properly. In the COVID-19 pandemic, Doctors recommend that we can protect ourselves by washing fruits and vegetables with warm water before it’s usage.

Exercise is an essential tool to add years to a healthy life. If you want to get rid of fatigue then just go on moving. Start your day with a walk. Sneaking in a few minutes can boost up our body, health, and mind. Walking can reduce the risk of fractures, diabetes, and heart disease. A study shows that walking can add more than 2 years to your life. Be a freaking lad for daily exercise. It works. We all got time to stay at homes in the COVID-19 outbreak and it is the time to get a healthy lifestyle. Do breathing exercises. De-stress over-thinking.

Avoid drugs/Tobacco

Everywhere we see this term sometimes on banners on a road or sometimes on a cigarette pack; ‘SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH’ but it is estimated that there are millions of smokers & drug addicted who die every single minute but the number increases desperately. The fact is that the use of tobacco or drugs makes health more vulnerable than anything else. If you are a smoker then try to quit this bad habit.
